I have lived at Pavilions for 3 months and am going to have to either move out or into another apartment with no one above me. I hear every noise the person above me makes. Doors closing, cabinets closing, each foot step, TV, telephone conversations...I am very disappointed as I thought this place was expensive enough to have decent sound proofing. Also with the downturn in the economy they are letting in some undesireable tenants now. Lots of young people here too i.e. loud music and obnoxious behavior.

Havent had any problems with noise and i live on the bottom floor and in between 2 units. But the people around me have been for a while and are quiet so maybe thats why. But i agree with the undesirable tenants... there are garage parties and music etc and people speeding around the tiny roads around the complex kinda scary. Wish they would of kept prices high enough to keep them out. But oh well... Moving up to the west side. The staff is really nice though. They are mostly new idk what happen to all the old ones.

I have one girl above me and I hear everything she does. And unfortunately she never sits still and enjoys running up and down her stairs.

I have a tenant above me that I hear from time to time but is really not an issue. It is the college parties held at the grill, noisy neighbors blaring their stereos, or shouting at one another from their balconies that has become too much to bear. As I write this, I can hear my neighbors inconsiderate neighbors now! Seems that management fails to hear them or the complaints of tenants that once made this complex a respectable place to live!
