We've lived at this complex for 4 months, and we really love it. The location is great - right across from light rail and close to good shopping, restaurants and downtown. We rarely hear our neighbors since the units are very well-insulated, and the maintenance and front-office staff couldn't be more attentive and caring. Parking is sometimes hard to come by for our second car and the swimming pool and seating isn't as large as we might like, but overall it's a great living experience!

I hear my up-stairs neighbor day and night. It's horrible. My dishes shake when they walk across their floor.

I lived there for 2 years and had nothing but irritations from noisy neighbors. The facility never cleaned the cobbles and the dirt was awful. The security of a gated community was a laugh because of broken gates standing open half the time. Parking was a nightmare for 2nd cars and visitors. When I moved out, they charged for things they never should have, like rug cleaning (when I'd already paid a $150 cleaning deposit), and didn't credit the $50 deposits on my two garage door openers. They were not nearly as attentive to the move out as they were to the move in. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. Not worth the $$.

I am glad that real renters have posted their view on the noise level. Apparently, when the management writes "renter" reviews, they like to convince people that an extremely large noise problem does not exist. Maybe that is why management fails to do a single! thing about the issue!
