I have lived at this community for nearly a year, and I am very happy! I rarely hear my neighbors (I have people living above me and on either side of me), the property is well-maintained, and the fellow residents are respectful. The office staff has always been polite, helpful, and attentive. I enjoy the pool area (however, I wouldn't mind a few more lounge chairs...), and it has generally been quiet whenever I have gone to the pool. I love being so close to downtown and to the light rail. There are also several small restaurants within walking distance. The main disadvantage is finding parking for our second car; however, we have had no problems parking it on Campbell.

How on Earth are claiming NOT to be disturbed by noise?! This is absolutely absurd. Yes, at one point this was a rather nice community, but it has turned into a non-stop college party. Apparently, I live closer to ASU than I had thought and have to deal with the mentality, inconsideration of young 20-year-olds. The noise is excessive at any hour, whether poolside or in the privacy of your own home. And one can forget about the management doing a single thing about the issue!
