I ve lived at the Pavilions for the last two years and have they have well exceeded my expectations. If I didn t have to commute 60 miles a day for work, I wouldn t hesitate renewing my lease again this year. The staff is amazing! I ve never had a problem with them, and they have actually delivered a few important packages to my apartment if I was running late. We have only had to call maintenance a couple times, and everything was fixed immediately. All of our neighbors and everyone I ve met at the complex have great. Unlike most places in Phoenix area, you actually feel safe living here. The location is perfect; you have the light rail right outside your door, great places to eat, and three major freeways within a few minutes drive. They have a great gym, and the pool is a popular place to hangout out the weekends. The apartments are luxury designed, well constructed, and I never hear any of my neighbors. All of the appliances are new and look great with the luxury design. The wood floors are easy clean and give a certain touch to the apartment. I would highly recommend the Pavilions on Central to anyone! Do yourself a favor and move here, you won t regret it!

LOL. Apparently I moved in to the sole apartment on the complex where the constant barage of my upstairs neighbors foot stomps can be heard day and night. Sounds like a T-rex lives above. Rediculous really for the prices they charge here. I'm moving to Alta Phoenix Lofts. New place and constructed out of solid concrete; walls, floors, ceilings..as all apartments should be. An not near the noisy light rail which echos through the Pavilions corridors. Oh and did I mention the High School across the street from the Pavilions? Marching band practice starts at 7:30am Mon-Fri and continues until 8pm. Awesome!

Kind of sounds like someone who WORKS for Pavilions posted this. It's an okay place, but expensive and you CAN hear loud neighbors at all hours. I definitely do not feel safe here since gates are frequently unlocked and anyone can get in there seems to be an ongoing problem with thefts and garages "mysteriously" opening.

I certainly agree that someone that works for the Pavilions posted this comment. While the location is convenience is nice, it is sickening to pay such outrageous rent to feel completely unrelaxed in my home due to excessive noise of neighbors. A renter should not have to come home from work and actually have to hope that his or her neighbors are not once again being loud and excessive with one of there all-night get togethers.
