Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Once you sign a lease, the staff no longer cares about you. They?re only interested in the commissions made on new leases. There is not enough parking available, the grills are in disrepair, and the apartments were painted with watered down paint that barely covers the walls. Maintenance is slow, and overall, the new manager is downright RUDE.
