Manager Lisa and her office employees are rude!!! They may be nice to you as a prospective leaser but their superficiality only goes so far. On top of that, never expect them to follow through with repairs unless you hound them till the get upset so it's a lose lose situation. You may think this is not a problem, but wait until you have an unexpected problem and have to deal with the incompetent, can't and choose not to remember or know anything about the facility office.
