Pros: Next to golf course, parks, hiking/biking trails. 1/8 mile from 202. Quick drive to ASU. Pools seem well maintained. Small store on complex. Found a perfect condition chainsaw next to dumpster. Units slowly being upgraded.

Cons: Maintenance staff has to make the Air filters for AC units - the AC units old, old, old, there are no AC filters available for purchase. AC evaporator fins completely covered in mold/dust/air borne contaminants. AC does not maintain temp below 78 degrees until late into the night. Electric bill regularly 200$ and that is at constant temp at 78-80. Asked maintenance staff to clean the AC and was told "Do you really think that's going to help". 2 bedroom really only 1 bedroom because AC can not cool full layout. Temperature in master bedroom closet is same as outside temp - measured 105 one day. Mildew/Mold in bathrooms was not removed - staff just caulked over mildew/mold. Security were installed recently. Craftsmanship is from maintenance can be very shoddy - several draws in the kitchen installed crooked. No overhead lights in any room except kitchen and bathrooms. Animal poo everywhere. Pigeons poo everywhere. multiple registered sex offenders less than 2miles away.

Overall you would probably be more happy somewhere else if good air conditioning is something important to you.
