Don't even look at this place! When I first moved in, it was managed by Pro Properties and they actually were not too bad. They tried to keep the place safe and clean and actually screened tenants. It has changed hands a few times since then, and now its so horrible I hate to go home. In a community of 2,3,and 4 bedroom apartments, they let a convicted pedophile move in, at leats until the neighbors found out. Thank You Phoenix Police. Nobody speakes english, on the grounds or in the office. Nobody answers the office phone, there is no emergency number to call when the air conditioner goes out during record heat. There is no security, children are allowed to run amok, there is trash and broken glass everywhere. Police are a constant presence. The parking lot has so many huge potholes it makes it difficult to maneuver. Unless you have a high clearance truck, don't try it. As soon as my kids get out of school, I'm out of here.

Wait! You forgot to add the fact that as of today (5/18) the whole property has had NO hot water for seven days!! And there's no end in sight. The new management company is based in California and takes their sweet time taking care of anything. I checked with my lawyers and since this isn't a "critical service," the only legal action that can be taken is to move out with no repurcussions. Hard to do when you have no money.
