The apartments and grounds are nice but the managers dont seem to care much after you move in. The admitted that they will sign for your packages without checking to see if UPS delivers them. We had a package lost after they signed for it. After over a week of being told we are looking into it they said they dont have it and they arnt liable. Well, i guess thats true but what a poor way to to treat your residents, i mean at least check to see you have it before you sign for something. If somebody is parked in your spot they make you deal with it. Everywhere else I have lived the managers or security take care of this. I would have to really think twice before I rented from another mark taylor property.
