I'm sorry to hear that so many people have had such negative experiences at Pinnacle Towne Center. I am still a resident and enjoying my townhouse, the gym, the pool, the business center with computers, fax machine, copier, and the free coffee drinks at the library. I did have some a/c problems, but maintenance was diligent and resolved the problem just in time for the monsoon season. All in all, it has not been a bad experience.
However, I do have to admit the walls are paper-thin. Luckily, I have quiet and considerate neighbors; and the residents in my particular courtyard have not caused any problems. I guess it all depends on where in the huge mega-complex you're located. I hope that the remaining 5 months are as enjoyable.
P.S. Staff were nothing but courteous, friendly and helpful. Maybe it's all in the attitude with which you approach people''' Maybe with patience and respect, residents might find better service''' This is just a guess.
