Look out! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Thank you to the lovely office people to make my stay here at PTC a joy! They lie, theres never a manager there to talk to about issues or she's "to busy" to discuss the problems! The maintenance people suck, they never fix any right, if fact one came to change my a/c filter, dropped the cover and put HUGE holes in my wall...I work nights so to get anything done early in the morning when I get off work is impossible and they are off work when I wake up! So yeah, its great! The walls are thin, u shouldnt be able to hear your neighbors phone ring while laying in bed! The bird crap is out of control, oh and the police helicopter is always nice making an appearance a few times a day!
