Love it here!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I have taken some time to read over some of the complaints that are on this sight and find them very strange. I have been living here for almost three years now and I love it here. I have become friends with several of the staff here and find them to be very competent. For any of the problems that people find around there apartments if they would just take the time to report them to the maintenance they would be happy to fix them. All apartments have maintenace issues but if they are not reported then how can anyone be expected to fix them. I have been told that there occupancy has been in the high 90's for almost a month now so if that many people are unsatified with living here then how can this be. The average occupancy rating for this area is only in the low 80's right now so they must be doing something right. They have recently resurfaced one of the swimming pools and have replaced all the fitness equipment with new and updated equipment. They continue to improve and upgrade the property on a regular basis. I find this sight to be very one sided, how many people actually take the time to compliment anybody on anything these days. People are very quick to complain but not compliment. Please don't take these idiots comments as gospil just check it out for yourself.
