Pinnacle Towne Center

A nice place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have been living at pinnacle towne center apartments for about a year now and am very happy with almost everything. I say almost everything because the only thing I have had a problem with has been pigeons and the mess they make. I understand that there is not much that can be done to prevent pigeons but they sure do make a mess. I have been told by the management that the property is going to be painted this fall and that they will be spiking the appropriate areas after the painting is done. I hope that this will help with the pigeon problem. On the good side of things it is a very nice property with amenities that you won't find at most other properties. They have a very nice movie theater on sight and also offer a business center with computers, copy machine, and fax for the residents to use. They have just installed wireless internet service so that I can sit at the just recently resurfaced pool and use my laptop. I am not aware of any other property that offers this and it is very nice because I will be using it often for my business. The property is very well kept and I have always had very good service from the office personel and maintenance department. I will end this by saying if you need a very nice place to live in the center of everything you should check it out.
