Worst Management I've Ever Had From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   After living here for a little over a month I have had countless bad experiences with the management. (1) I have been waiting over a month for basic repairs to be made to the apartment unit. After calling and complaining to the management several times I was informed that they were short-handed and that all of the maintenance staff were working on just vacated apartments to prepare them to be released. I was told that preparing new apartments was a "priority." Apparently servicing current tenants is not. (2) The first month that I was here my rent check was apparently late (I use electronic bill-pay and presumably the check was delayed in the mail due to Hurrican Katrina). Rent was due on the first of the month. On the second management had posted an eviction notice on my door. In renting for over six years I have never heard of such poor customer service. I was never given a courtesy telephone call to inform me that my rent payment had not been received. furthermore when I called the office, surprised that they had not received payment I was told that they were going to start eviction proceedings within the next few days unless I dropped off a certified check. Again I was insulted to say the least. (3) Several packages which UPS / Fed Ex has reported for as being signed for at the office can not be found at the rental office. On at least one occassion in which we complained we were told by the rental office that no packages had been received. An hour later the sought after package was mysteriously placed on our doorstep. No explanation; no note; nothing. (4) several telephone calls have not been returned.
