I can't believe how many negative comments there are about this place! I have never had a single problem, and I think that the staff is great! They are friendly, on top of things and have never charged me any outrageous fees for anything. Sometimes, I forget to take the rent check in until the 2nd or 3rd day of the month and they never say anything about it or charge me a fee.
There may be a lot of pigeons on property but most walls/windows have something on there to deter pigeons and it works rather well. I occasionally hear some pigeons in the morning, but it is rare and not a big deal.
As for maintaince, I've never had a problem there either. They are always quick and do the job right the first time.
The townhomes are beautiful and spacious, the community is nice and in a fantastic location. Definitely worth the price.
My only complaint is that occasionally you can hear your neighbors. But what can you expect from living in an apartment' And it is never very loud or disturbing. I think it is a tiny price to pay for these excellent townhomes.

missashlee28, they didn't charge you because rent is not late until the 4th day of the month. So, stop feeling special.

I am certainly not implying that it is something "special" for no late fee to be accessed until the 4th or 5th of the month. The reason I mentioned this was because a previous review on here states a specific problem being that on the second of the month, the staff didn't recieve the rent (the review says it was an e-payment problem) and put an eviction notice on the door. I simply wanted to make it clear that this had never occured to me.
