Pinnacle Towne Center

I used to like this place... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I really used to like this place. I have lived here for three years. It is a great location. I guess that is why I am still here. It is a 10 min drive to the airport. It is a 15 min drive to Tempe and a 15 min drive to north Phoenix. Anyway....the utilities here are ridiculous. Granted I am on the end of the building so I do get direct sun but my electric bill is about $350 in the summer and $220 during the winter. I keep the thermostat on 79* the whole year. I believe the air conditioning unit is too small to cool three floors so it runs all the time. This is by no means a party or college age apartment complex, however one night I came down stairs to my second floor and there was a shirtless drunk twenty year old passed out at the top of the first flight of stairs. I always used to keep my door open so i guess he wandered in and passed out. He had apparently been at the pool. Waking him up and getting him out of the house was a scary ordeal. Now I lock the door.
