My husband and I have lived here since March of this year. We moved here because of the location and the grounds/views. All apartment complexes have maintenance problems. You'd be foolish to think it should be perfect. We may not be overly impressed with BRE Services (maintenance people), but at least they do their best to fix the problems. I've lived in worse apartment complexes and this is, by far, better than most.
