Incredibly bad service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004 1 response   I recently moved out of this complex, and not a moment too soon. I've never in my life encountered such a rude and badly trained office staff, especially for how expensive the place is. The apartments are beautiful, but God help you if you have to interact with the staff. Upon move-in, it took almost 2 months to get the rusty and damaged screen door replaced. While living there, my car was stolen, and the staff couldn't have been more hostile about it. I was constantly ignored when I came into the office, whether to pay rent, pick up packages, or ask a question. For the first six months, the rent constantly "changed," so every time I went in to pay I had to bring my lease. In short, DO NOT RENT HERE unless you enjoy being hassled or ignored.
