I am a current resident planning to leave. In the past couple months they seem to have changed the standards of who they're renting to. Now, we seem to get a notice or "incident report" every week about a rape, theft, attempted theft, or other issue. I've had two card broken into since I've been here, and the only solution they've offered is for us to volunteer our own time and setup a neighborhood watch. What about having visible security'''
This place is going to lose every resident in the next round of lease renewals, all because they're too cheap to invest a little to ensure our safety.
The apartments are beautiful, but they nickel and dime you for everything. And anytime it rains we get huge swamplike ponds over the nice green areas.
Forget about the staff, there are plenty of other great reasons NOT to live here.

"And anytime it rains we get huge swamplike ponds over the nice green areas." The green areas serve as retaining ponds to prevent flooding during rains. Since most of Phoenix is covered by concrete, building codes require retaining ponds. You'll get them in all communities in the valley, whether apartments or family houses. The grass is just there for aesthetic reasons. |
