The past year residing at PSM, I have encountered both positive and negative impressions on the staff, groundkeeping, safety, and maintenence.
Upon first moving in, I did a walk through with Cheryl and she said the carpet was unacceptable as well as the tiling. Even though I was suppose to move in that day, I kept all of my plans and PSM had to hire a moving crew to come move out my furniture, etc. while they laid the new carpeting/tile. This was done within 3 days of move-in. I also had an issue with my oven but after 4 requests, it finally was resolved. I was somewhat dissapointed in the length of time it took to get resolution.
Lastly, I was somewhat disappointed in the lack of notification for my lease. I actually approached them to see what my options were for renewal. They would only renew it for 12-15 months (no shorter leases). I ended up haveing to pay a month to month lease, giving my 30 day notice and moving. I have been a very good tenant but they were unwilling to work with me.
