management staff are idiots

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
the apartment is nice, our maintenance was fixed on time and we've never had problems with neighbors. however, the hot tub at the front office has been broken (not heated at all, i think the pool was probably warmer) almost the whole time i've lived here (4 months). when they "fix" it, it works for a day, maybe. plus, if you live on the side that is not near the freeway, the parking is ridiculous, i may as well park in guadalupe. the leasing agents are all very helpful and friendly but the management staff, mainly cheryl,n are complete idiots. i think they really have no clue what it going on and they treat you as a nuisance rather than a resident. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
