I have lived at PSM for 10 months. I personally have not had any REAL problems. However I am aware that the crime rate is not the best, but we do live beside Guadalupe (which by the way is NOT the worst part of Phoenix). As for the parking issue I have not noticed that there is not any parking. They do assign spots that are not exactly close to your apartment, but if you talk to your neighbors you may find that they are willing to switch you spots making you parking spot alot closer.

As for the management and leasing staff-- I have never personally had any dealing with the manager, but i find it a bit sad that she wrote a glowing sales pitch. The leasing staff on the other hand are very young and act very young. You have to hound them constantly for answers on anything.

I personally will be willing to stay in this area due to the actual apartment is worth the rent. For the size and crown molding and having a washer & dryer in unit you can't pay any better price, that is so long they don't raise the price when i go to renew my lease.
