We have been at South Mountain for about 9 months and the management there has been horific to say the least. The maintenance department takes forever to fix anything that breaks in your apartment. The complex towed our car without proper notification that they were repaving the entire complex. When we demanded to be reinbursed the money it cost us to get our car back we were told that flyers were taped up on every garage and every pole where covered parking was located throughout the complex. The problem in our case which we clearly expressed to them was we had neither of those but in fact parked in uncovered parking areas directly in front or our apartment. Needless to say they refused to reinburse us for the towing of our car. Unfreaken believable. You pay rent and they tow your car away without proper notification. We broke our lease immediately and went somewhere else where they take care of their customers instead of exploiting them. Please trust me on this DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CLOWNS. They let us break our lease instead of reinbursing us the $75 for towing our car without proper notification. What kind of circus is this' Absoulutely no customer service whatsoever.

No offense, but the management passed out notices to every apartment complex. They slipped our notice between our doors and the wall. It wouldn't have blown away. Not to mention that they had the notices up for at least a week. You would have to be blind not to see the colored paper posted all over the place. The towing fee was $250, if you only got charged $75, be happy! If this is your only gripe, the fact that you can't read, get over it! Every apartment complex repaves their parking lots every year. So, have fun at your next complex when your ---- gets towed again. ;) I don't work at Pinnacle. I'm living in one of the many apartments facing the I-10. I work for an insurance company.. lol. I love it when someone speaks common sense, that person automatically works for the leasing office. Nobody with the name "Jess" works down there.. lol |

By Arizona law no one can hold your car for money unless towed by order of peace officer or is being held for repair.
