I would not suggest renting here!! No parking any where, I pay $50 for a garage and still do not get a covered spot. So basically you are paying to park at your apt. every month. The pavement issue was bull- I NEVER saw or heard anyone go door to door to inform, although there were signs up in my area. But where the heck were we all supposed to park' It was terribly ran and management was extremely rude to guests and myself about the issue. It is nothing special here. Bottom line no one wants to rent from fake two faced managers so stay away.

I've read a couple of these reviews about the repaving, and have talk to my neighbors here about the notices placed in the doors. Everyone I know received a notice so I don't know what you are talking about.

They are just upset because they had to walk a little farther. No wonder why everyone is so damn fat.

I agree with you. No one came to my door, but there were signs. It was impossible to even move around the complex with as many cars as there were. You would have to have a head-on collission with another car before being able to pass one another. Not enough room to move, and very poorly orchestrated.

To Jess83, no, it's not because they "had to walk a little farther." It's due to those of us working night shifts, exhausted from the day, unable to move and barely could turn around to find a spot to park in. And there are people who get shin splints and have medical problems that prevent them from being able to walk very far. I personally am not overweight, but I a problem with shin splints in my legs from extended periods of walking or standing.
