in short, the entire staff at PSM is totally irresponsible, rude, unapologetic and inconsistant.
to sum things up, my wife and i had applied for an apartment at psm, sent in the required documents and fees etc. without hearing anything from them in over 3 weeks, i called them for an update on the status of our move-in date. after talking to jared, he informed me that my wife's application had been shredded. despite them already cashing the check 2 weeks prior to that for both of our application fees and deposit. after questioning him for a short while, he replied to me by saying, " well, you are the one who wants to move in here, you can re-fill out and fax everything to us" he never apologized. after that insult, i called to cancel our reservation to PSM. after that, they reassured i would receive a check back from them in 6-7 business days later. 2 business weeks later, still no check! so, i called them to see what's going on.... needless to say, no one has any clue. the "assistant manager" stated that i would receive it by the next day. YEAH RIGHT. they always claim that they will call you back, THEY NEVER DO!!! 5 different people all ask you the same questions, nothing gets done....a week later, i was still fighting them on the phone without a check. anne, cheryl, matt would all give me different bull-crap excuses and rationalizations. 3 business weeks later, i still haven't received an apology or check... don't even think about moving in here! they can't even be nice or professional to you even before you move in, i couldn't imagine how they treat you after you move in here!!
