I have lived here for 3 years, and I still find it ridiculous that they still up my rent every time and offer me nothing special for renewing. Still I stay, not because of the over priced apartment, staff, maintenance, or amenities. I stay because the community is nice, and I feel safer than I would on baseline.
Here a few things that you will encounter moving into PSM

1. maintenance sucks, they are terrible and don't know how to correctly fix anything. Not kidding you
2. Staff loses all your paperwork at any point during your lease, and you will find alarming messages left at your door step. They always blame you.
3. There will be no renewing specials... actually they are worse... consider going month to month... thats your renewed higher rent plus 200 a month more... per month
4. dog ---- everywhere and people do not clean up after them
