I lived in this complex three years ago and had nothing but problems! I would never suggest this place to anyone! After paying a 1,000 dollar lease cancellation fee, due to the fact that I had a home built and it finshied early, the apartment complex then billed me for new carpet, cleaning, and having to have all the walls painted! 500 dollars! This was such bull, because I had only lived in the apartment for 6 months!!!!! I paid out of my own pocket to have the apartment cleaned and the carpats shampooed when I moved out! I know for a fact that the apartment was spotless - actually cleaner than when I had moved in! Then they had the nerve to charge me ridiculous fees after I just paid them 1,000 dollars!I had been renting apartemtns for nearly 10 years and always maintained an excellent rental history until I rented from this stupid complex! Horrible staff!Liers! They turned me into the credit bureaus because I refused to pay the fees that I felt very strongly that I did not owe!

They have to charge you that fee since they have the obligation to resell the apartment in a clean and healthy state. If you cleaned the apartment and didn't tell the apartment way ahead of time (which is when they would tell you it wouldn't matter so save your money) then it's your own fault for the cleaning fee and should have accounted for the risk of the house being built eary. I'm sorry your now house poor.

Yeah, it's ridiculous. We just paid $1,300 to break our lease because we're moving out of state soon. We don't even want to know what ridiculous -------- they are going to try and charge us with. I'm going to take pictures of the entire place before we move out. I know how shady this complex has become since new management came in. If they send us a "cleaning bill".. good luck!
