I have so much to say about this place but don't have the time nor place to write it
all. From day one, when I picked up the key to the last day I moved out, they
were the worst people I have ever dealt with. They even withheld money from my security deposit for painting and cleaning after I paid $1200 for termination fee!
Not only that, they charged an "early lease break tax" of $24.00. We only lived there 6 months and left the apartment extremely clean and in no need of paint. They charged me 2 hours of cleaning and 2 hours for painting. Stay away - I would never recommend that place to anyone. All-in-all, the early termination fee was well worth it just to get away from them.

For the future I would take photos of what your apartment looked like and always have a manager sign you out, because what you think is clean may not be up to their standards. Good Luck!
