Unacceptable for the price.

I lived there for 1 year and I must say that for the price , its not a good deal. Among other problems, I noted that:
1) the drainage system is not good in the parking lot. Once, it rained heavily, water pooled up due to a bad drainage system, and my car sustained nearly $300 of damage because it became flooded. Not only did they refuse to pay for the damage, but when I told them to fix the drainage problem they never did. They also claimed they would bring in water pumps the next time it rained heavily, but they never did that either.
2) Lot's of unnecessary fees. Originally, there was a $35 late fee for rent. Okay, fine. Then, out of the blue, we got a notice saying if you are late, there is also a $25 fee for "reporting" that fact to you. In other words, you are charged $60 for late rent!
As another example, they charge a $3 "processing fee" for your monthly water bill! I never could understand why.
3) Outdated technology. They can't handle credit cards for automatic monthly payments of rent. For the price you pay to stay there, this is unacceptable.
4) Finally, they are very tardy in returning your security deposit. If I recall , I paid a nearly $800 deposit. Since moving out, they are still denying they owe me any money. They claim to not have any record of my security deposit. Talk about disorganized -- or worse, dishonest.
