The layout of this apartment was pretty decent and fairly roomy. It was the small things that were the problems.

-Termites
-Master Bedroom door didn't close all the way
-Exposed electrical wiring in closet
-Clothes washer constantly out of balance
-Too few uncovered parking spaces
-Couldn't adjust temperature on water heater potentially scalding small children
-Carpet constantly needed cleaning - not vacuuming - cleaning
-Poor ventilation overall = condensation buildup which then led to lots of mold around window sills
-2 out of the 3 office people rude and begrudgingly unhelpful
