I lived here for a year and while I thought the floorplans were very nice, and work orders were answered right away-the office staff was horrible! They were rude EVERY dealing I had with them and then they TOWED my car...from my ASSIGNED parking spot! I came back from a 2 week vacation and my car was missing from my carport spot! It cost me a small fortune to get it back because it had been on the impound lot (my car was an 04 Eclipse!) for over a week! They made a horrendous mistake but would not even acknowlege it! After that, I had to get out ASAP.
So...take your chances with the staff...the apartments are pretty nice inside.
