Biggest complaint is the Office Staff. They are RUDE, impolite liars! SECURITY - gates are broken often and mail service has been broken into...mail service is not reliable. POOL-filthy, edges of pool have grease and slime. Water is floating with bugs and debris. Water temp is equal to bath water. Keys do not work well in locks for inner and outer gates. NOISE LEVEL-I have heard my neighbor urinate, release gas as well as have sex. CARPETS are of poor quality, need constant cleaning. Grills are filthy and not kept clean. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! The Staff is extremely RUDE!
