Highly recommend From: tjacks84@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007   I've lived here since April 2001 and will be relocating shortly out of state, which is why I used this website to help locate a new apartment. I was quite surprised to read some negative reviews with an overall rating of about 50%. I have found the maintenance staff to be tremendous, though rarely needed. Truth be told, they are the primary reason I have not even thought of going elsewhere. The office staff is helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet and well laid out apartment. I would agree that parking can be frustrating for guests or roommates with only one assigned spot. While it can only take one poor tenant to make one's experience go from wonderful to awful anywhere, I would not have stayed for 7 years, if I had been unhappy at any time. I only hope I find my next apartment community to be as pleasant as this has been.
