I am pretty surprised by all the negative reviews too. I have lived here 3 years and love it. Of course no place is ever going to be 100% perfect, but one thing most people don't comment on is the location, it's great. Very close to the 101 and 51 and shopping (Desert Ridge) and a nature preserve is within walking distance so you don't feel like you are in the congested city. Staff has always been nice and helpful to me, and my work orders were always done the next day. The layouts are great and spacious and I have never had a problem with noise. It is one of the only apartment complexes I have lived in here in Phoenix where I feel safe. I just had to stand up for this place since so many others have been bashing it! I don't want to say everyone else will have my experience though, a lot can depend on the location of your unit itself regarding noise and parking. I never have a problem finding an open spot. I don't plan on moving for a long time!
