This community is just OK. The grounds for the most part are pretty nice with plenty of mature trees. But the staff is less than polite and as usual the main office has extremely inconvenient hours. The parking is not very good at all if you have more than 1 vehicle. You can almost always hear your neighbors and the gated community looks nice but in reality is pretty useless as there are always lines of people at night just waiting for a resident to open the gate so they can get in. The lease terms are not very flexible either. If you are looking for something other than your standard 1 year lease you may have to look elsewhere.

I completely disagree with this. I'm not doubting that you haven't had a good experience, I just haven't experienced ANYTHING close to what you've mentioned.
