My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 4 months now and we couldn't be happier. We came from a hellish experience at another apt complex right before we lived here and I was kind of expecting that all apts would be that way. But this place has proved me wrong. Parking is good in our area of the complex. The grounds are beautiful. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and we've never had any issue with disturbances. The guy that lives below us is younger and seems to have a lot of friends in and out of there, but I've never heard any noise. All the residents I've come across have been really polite. I actually don't have any experience with the office staff other than moving in because I haven't had to contact them! What I LOVE about this place is the fact that you call a call center or get online and submit your own maintenance ticket. They give you the ticket # and you can call and get status and an ETR. No dealing with office staff!!! The only problem we had was that our ice machine wasn't working. I submitted a ticket, maintenance was here the same day, he did something but it still didn't work the next day, so I submitted another ticket and we had a brand new fridge when I got home from work that day!! I feel so safe in these apts. I love the spacious floorplans and all the windows, it's so bright in here. The 9 foot ceilings and crown molding are great!! We hope to be able to buy a house when our lease is up, but if that doesn't work out, we've both agreed that we would definitely stay here! I would HIGHLY recommend these apartments to anyone. All the residents I've spoken to love this place, too. Great apartments for a decent price!!

Hi, your review really helped me put these apts on my short list. When I tried to get info about how much the rent w/ utilities total would be about per month, the cust svc people weren't very helpful. How much would you say you spend on utilities and what exactly do you have to pay for besides rent? Thanks!
