We moved there and management didnt get to show us the 1bdroom we were going to purchase, several days later we asked if we would get to see it before we signed the lease and they assured us yes we will. we signed the lease and the same day we looked at the apartment, BUGS!! Too late the lease was signed. Too much noise, partying, tentants front doors used as storage which attracts rats. Tentants who had dogs leave their waste behind, it has a bad odor at nite especially at this time of the year. No grass. I had to turn on my electricity switch on myself because the mainanence guy was too "busy". Management: NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE. Not a place to call HOME. Do criminals live here or what' Its an unprofessional enviroment.

I was looking online for a place because I am moving to AZ. I saw the price range and thought it sounded good but after reading the posted review I've had second thoughts. MANAGMENT: you should look into these claims and see if there is anything you could do to aleveate this problem. Bad reviews mean a loss in revenue.
