The owner is now adding $18.00 to every lease for water. Residents can "use as much as they want." Where's the water conservation with that attitude' I would say that office manager have recently gotten better, but the ownership/overall management still does not care about the residents. It took almost two years for lighting to be fix above parking spaces. The complex is supposed to be gated, but the gate hasn't worked in over two years. Noisy residents were finally evicted after many weeks of complaints. The stove, countertops and cabinets are out dated. Look to be from the early 1980's. These apartments are definately not worth $553.86 a month. Look somewhere else!

I hear ya homie my toilet hasnt worked in almost two weeks....I got more logs in my toilet than Lincoln had in his cabin LOL.........
