Price vs. Quality is lacking

The apartment layout is awesome, and sq. footage is above average. The walls are solid concrete, which keeps the apartments quiet, but causes issues with hanging anything on the walls.
In one year of living here, my car was broken into twice, my roommates once. We had 3 steps (on the way to the second floor) break. It took 3 months to get them replaced. The parking situation is terrible. I the parking spots are too small for compact cars, and half the people living there drive SUV's and Trucks. Good luck finding a place to park, or being able to get back into your car if you do find one!
