I moved in here and from day one it has been a headache. From under-trained staff that can't even make a key correctly. I have been into the office 3 times to get a working pool key and none of them work. To horrible grounds keeping. My place has not been sprayed for bugs in months.
The noise is terrible since it is located along a highway. The first week I was here the shower started to leak. The drain stopper was so gross I went to home depot to get a new one. There is gunk buildup everywhere you look. The windows mold up and give you headaches. They tell you that you can't hear your neighbors because of thick walls but what they don't tell you is that the thin windows that cover your apartment lets every bit of sound through. Make sure you double check your lease before you rent... someone in the office can't do math. Oh and if you own a car... don't move here unless you want it stolen or broken into. I have been here a year and the neighbors car was broken into 6 times. Did I mention the only amenity is a pool that you can't get into unless someone leaves it unlocked for you' DON'T throw money away in this place... the same amount of money just down the street can get you great amenities and a staff that is much more friendly.
