I think you might have the wrong property because The Pointe isn't on a mountain or preserve. And as far as I know, they offer free pest control every week but you have to call the office to let them know you would like it. I haven't had any bug problems here and I have lived here for two years. The office and maintenance staff here are very friendly.

appently you have never experienced the luxury of a decent property, and therefor are satisfied by low standards.
