You said we DON'T live on a Mountain' Ok why then is the name The Pointe at South Mountain' Have you looked out your window' Are you not higher up than most the area' Ok, so you think this is a Hill' If you are from Colorado then maybe.
This is the correct place and yes it sucks!!! YES there are bugs and lots of them. You must be on the second level, this would be the only way you would be oblivious the the fact that there are bugs. No they don't spray anymore. They used to spray but then they stopped last year. The staff is friendly if you want to rent... after that... they want nothing to do with you.

Why would anyone who has lived here want to continue to live here? The staff must of been recruited from retards are us. In fact they do not offer any incentives if you were to renew your lease, god knows why you would want to.
