What a Dump!

I made a list or Bad points a nd good points about this hell whole.
Good:If you're looking for price this place is cheap. I have a one bedroom and only pay 544 a month.
Good or Bad: It is close to the 10; I mean real close; you can hear the cars at night; but that doesnt really bother me.
Good: Location is great it is really close to Ray Rd and Arizona Mills Mall.
Good: Maintenace is good they fix everything right away.
Bad: The pools are more like small buckets their only 3 ft deep.
Bad: The staff is friendly but stupid! I had two packages sitting in the office for a week and no one thought to tell me about it.
BAD:I had my car broken into and no one did anything about it!
Bad: Parking sucks! The drive way is way to narrow.
Bad or Good: The garbage drucks come really early in the morning around 6 o'clock. But thats good for me because it wakes me up for work :)and it seems like they come 3 times a week.
ADVICE: My advise is not to rent here unless you have no where else to go. NEVER keep anything of value in your car or it will get taken. Getting my car broken into was what really turned me off to this place.
I really wish I had seen this website first.
