Not worth the headache

We have lived here for close to two years and I cannot wait to move. From the no parking available anywhere (generally not even in your "assigned spot") to narrow drives that do not allow enough room to have two cars drive through at the same time and it is very easy for someone to back right up into your car. With no cameras or security around, the less-than-nice people living here get away with it while your stuck footing the bill. Have a good alarm system and leave nothing of value in your car as it will be taken. Don't waste time complaining to the office, as they will just basically tell you too bad. They are more interested in bringing in revenue than keeping the current residents happy. Not the brightest bunch. We have had a mold problem for a while now, they sent someone out to "fix it" but as I work in an Environmental Firm, they basically just wipe it away and say "all better!" even though the walls should be torn out because it has seeped in the drywall from being there so long. With the rising rates, lack of compassion or any kind of heart from the office and that they let just anyone move in as long as they pay (just found out a bunch of drug dealers were here not too long ago, just down the drive from us) I would rather go across the street for a better value for my dollar.
