I have lived in this complex for about a year and have found to the experience to be enjoyable overall. The front-office staff is competent and responds promptly. Don't expect too much, remember this is an apartment complex like any other. There are several important things to consider when moving into this complex; noise, parking, traffic, cost and quality of the apartment. Noise; I lived in a unit closer to the I-10 and never found noise from traffic to be an issue inside my apartment. On the patio you could hear the freeway traffic pretty well. Noisy neighbors are minimum and a call to security during quiet hours results in a quick response and solution. Pets were the biggest annoyance. Dogs tend to bark on a regular basis and I swear a cat has been having sex outside my apartment for the past month or so. My complaint to the front office of dogs barking was addressed the best it could be without me going around and identifying the culprit units. Parking can be a pain at times. My unit was close to uncovered parking, so it was not a big problem. But at times, usually if you arrive home after 10pm, the lot would nearly be full and you might have to park far from your unit. Traffic can be a pain in the ass. Expect heavy traffic on 48th st Monday through Friday from 7am to 8:30am and 5pm to 7pm. Traffic almost always sucks on Baseline right by the I-10, Guadalupe is a good alternative. The cost for this unit is pretty good for the area. As you go further south into Ahwatukee the prices jump, the apartment is a pretty good value. The apartment itself is very nice. I live in a 2 bedroom which has plenty of room. There was a brand new washer and dryer in my unit, so no complaints there. The construction of the building seems odd, some walls are concrete and others are not. Ofcouse the walls that are not concrete are the ones you share with a neighboring apartment. Luckily my neighbors were never an issue and the complex was very quiet on a nightly basis, save for the barking dogs. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to be close to South Mountain park or is going to be working in the area. Commuting is terrible due to the fact that the complex is right off the I-10 and US-60. I work in North Scottsdale and the bulk of my commute is in trying to get out of the I-10 and US-60 area and through Tempe. Arizona Mills mall also causes issues. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
