I have only lived in The Pointe for seven months but I can say that my overall experience has been very positive.
Pros
The walls are thick concrete and keep the neighbors noise to a minimum.
The staff is very helpful and cheerful, especialy Megan.
The complex has a security gaurd that rides around at night.
Any maintenence requests were handled quickly and correctly.

Cons
It's a little expensive (but it was worth it to me for the security and quietness)
The parking spaces are small (but I never had my space taken)
The appliences are a little old (but they work)
In all I would recomend this complex it was a really good experience I would check it out.

I thought I would update my post. I moved out of Phoenix for a smaller town so I had to break my lease, I signed a contract stating that all I had to pay was two months rent considering I gave them over a months notice. 1400 dollars and two weeks later I recieve a statement. Not only did they keep my 400.00 but they tried to charge me until the end of the month that I left and misc totalling over 200.00.
