We have lived here now for 9 months and all we can say is that i'm glad its almost over! We really enjoyed the property when we first moved in. We never had problems with any of our neighbors or management. Then three months into it all started. It first started when I noticed that my tub wouldnt drain. I called and made a report, three days later they came and fixed it. Then we started noticing ants. I went out and bought ant killer and poof problem solved. Then about 2 months ago I came home Vacation and the ants had taken over my bathroom sink! I made another report and still dont think anything was done as they come back here and there. Now those may seem like small problems that one can live with. It gets even worse. Our water heater broke and took a few day for them to restore the tank and so one. The worse maintenance thing was when it was the middle of July and our air went out. It took them four days to fix it....We made the report a late friday night and it took them till monday to come fix it...I was so feed up i went and stayed with a friend. My roommate went to her parents. Like to sleep in'' Not here kids are in the pool at 730 in the morning and doesnt end till 8pm. The adults out having drinks and grilling at 9pm our more controlled. I guess you can blame that one parenting' Our neighbors car was broken into but nothing was taken. Still'!' The office takes for ever to get back to you. I called just the other day and still havent heard back from them. I kinda grown use to it. They seem to not mention things and take 8 month for them to come back and tell you that they forgot to tell you... Its a joke, as I said 3 more months and we are out.. Thank God! Stress free living, this isnt the place!
