Avoid this one. The staff is extremely rude and blame all their poor customer service on policies forced on them by the corporate center. The corporate center will not return calls or listen to resident concerns. They gave my parking space to another tenant by accident and threatened to call the police on me when I continued to park in the spot that was originally mine. They also charge "secret" fees, especially if you move out early, and send you to collections if you do not pay these extremely expensive and unanticipated fees within 30 days. For instance, I cleaned prior to moving out, yet they charged me over $100 in cleaning fees and kept my deposit. I have pictures, but the fee, albeit large to me, is not large enough to make me feel as if I a small claims lawsuit would be effective. This is their plan. They have internal lawyers that protect them from the tenants, so basically once you move in, you're 100% powerless in every regard. They also tape threatening letters on everyone's door in a monthly basis if someone doesn't pay their rent or if someone's animal poops on the grass. I didn't even have a dog and I received a letter about eviction if I didn't start cleaning up after my non-existant dog. If you want a long legal battle, expensive and unanticipated fees, in addition to poor customer service and being treated like garbage at your own home, go ahead and move right on in.

I have to disagree with this person. I have found both the office staff and maintenance staff to be extremely professional and very helpful. I have never seen a letter taped to anyone's door and I walk my dog (which I always pick up after)at least 4 times a day around the entire complex. There is a problem with people who do not pick up after their pets - even in front of the poopie stations but that is not the staff's fault. I have actually encourage them to send a letter about it. Its just a shame that some people are not responsible pet owners.

I would again about taped notices on people doors because I too have had them from time to time since living at this location for about 2 years now. I can say it has been a bit peaceful & nice neighbors depending on where you stay.I also can agree with a lot of expenses with legal fees/late fees just after the 2nd day of the month when rent is do if you ran into a issue and had to pay on the 3rd day.
