i have lived here for almost two years. i moved from the midwest and this was my frist apartment out here. the location is great.1 min from the i-10 and us-60 interstate, its 10 min from phx sky harbor airport. 15 from downtown phx. 15 from downtown tempe. rigth near chander and included in awatukee, a very wealthy place in south phoenix. its across the street from south mountain park one of the larges mountain parks in the area that offers awesome hiking and trails.

the staff here is excelent and goes above and beyond to help me out. always friendly and willing to help. all minor problems that i had (leak in my ac, small broken things) were fixed quickly and without issue. i was even contacted via phone around the holidays of a package that had arrived to ensure that i could recive it before the office closed. small things like that make living here feel like home.

the walls are very thick and i never hear much if any noise at all from neighbors, roads, or people outside. flexible leasing options make it a great place too.

i would recomend this place to a friend for sure.
