From reading before I understand there are two Portofino apartment complexes in Phoenix. This post refers to the one located in Ahwatukee, 3830 E. Lakewood Pkwy. There are many other apartments to choose from in the Ahwatukee area which offer a much better living experience at a much better price. My family and I made it out of this place alive but do yourself a favor and do not consider moving there. If you have any questions or concerns about the Portofinos please email me as I will be glad to help. I have lived in a total of 6 different Apartment complexes, 3 in the Phoenix area, and the Portofinos were by far the worst living experience.

I totally agree with you. Wish we read the reviews before we moved in 3 months ago. The place is full of smokers. Dog poops every where even though the gardening crew mow them into the lawn that has very little grass left every Friday. Look closely and try meeting your potential neighbors before you consider taking any lease!
